Your Responsibility
- Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der Business Unit
- Steuerung von Umsatz, Profitabilität, KPIs und Wachstum
- Weiterentwicklung von Strategie, Pricing und Go-to-Market-Ansätzen
- Identifikation und Test neuer Wachstumshebel, Produkte und Kundensegmente
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines cross-funktionalen Teams
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Finance, Einkauf, Product, Tech und Marketing
- Definition sauberer Schnittstellen und Übergabepunkte zu anderen Teams
- Aufbau von Reporting-Strukturen und datenbasierten Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leadership-Team bei Budget, Ressourcen und Prioritäten
Your Experience
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer relevanten Rolle, z. B.: Commercial Leadership, General Management, Startup / Scale-up, Beratung, Entrepreneurship
- Erfahrung mit P&L-, Umsatz-, Budget- und Teamverantwortung
- Starkes kommerzielles Verständnis und analytische Denkweise
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Teams
- Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Eigenverantwortung
- Fähigkeit, Prozesse zu strukturieren, zu dokumentieren und umzusetzen
- Sehr gutes Stakeholder Management
- Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke in der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams
- Sicherer Umgang mit KPIs, Business Cases und datenbasierten Entscheidungen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
